Independent MP Zoe Daniel says Australians would receive “cheaper energy” if former governments had implemented renewables earlier.

“I would say that if successive governments had actioned strategically renewable energy before now we would be receiving much cheaper energy,” she told Sky News Australia.

“That would be taking the pressure off families.”
